Senior Superintendent

We're a 70 year running leader in infrastructure construction in the southeast region of the United States. We specialize in bridges, dams, highways, water/wastewater facilities. We do general contracting for a multitude of clients including commercial organizations, state & city municipalities, and developers, as well as self-perform work, mechanical/electrical maintenance & construction for those some partnering entities.

Position Overview

The Senior Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, focusing on wastewater systems and ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. The role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities related to wastewater projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead self-performing teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in wastewater.
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater construction practices and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
