In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of relevant design experience.
- Expertise in designing for conversational AI technologies, including virtual assistants, chatbots, NLP/NLU, LLMs, or related fields.
- A portfolio demonstrating innovative and effective product design solutions for end-to-end user journeys, particularly in conversational AI.
- Proven experience producing high-fidelity specifications for scalable design systems and frameworks.
- Strong advocacy for design value, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Track record of improving design processes across organizations.
- Experience in full product development lifecycles for web and software applications.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and its application in conversational AI solutions and the underlying technology is a major plus.
- BA/BS degree, higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
