- Lead large, cross-product initiatives to innovate in conversational AI experiences.
- Develop and execute exceptional end-to-end user experiences tailored for conversational AI technologies.
- Provide strategic vision for collaborative efforts, enhancing conversational AI experiences' impact.
- Act as a conversational AI subject matter expert, influencing product strategies and advocating user-centered design.
- Mentor and guide designers, promoting a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Proven expertise in designing for conversational AI technologies (virtual assistants, chatbots, NLP/NLU, LLMs).
- A robust portfolio showcasing innovative product design solutions across conversational AI user journeys.
- Experience in full product development lifecycles for web and software applications.
- Extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in designing conversational AI solutions or related fields.
