Job DescriptionYour Career
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain our AI-powered customer copilot platform using cutting-edge machine learning (ML) techniques. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about leveraging ML to solve complex, large-scale problems while driving impactful customer experiences.
As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership of key product features, driving design and development while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll contribute technical expertise and play a critical role in shaping the platform's future. We value innovation, initiative, and teamwork, and seek engineers ready to push boundaries in cloud-native, scalable AI based secure solutions.
Your Impact
- Responsible for the complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment and support
- Write clean, testable, readable, scalable and maintainable Java/ Python / Go lang code that scales and performs well for thousands of customers
- Participate actively and contribute to design and development discussions
- Develop solid understanding and be able to explain advanced Cloud Computing and Cloud Security concepts to others
- Be able to clearly communicate goals and desired outcomes to internal project teams
Your Experience
- Extensive hands-on programming skills in one - Java, Python, Go
- Experience with cloud-native service development stack on GCP
- Strong knowledge of databases SQL
- Experience building scalable REST API services, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with GCP strongly desired
- Ability to explain the architecture and design with complete rationale behind design decisions
- Excellent written and communication skills - passion for learning, collaborating with others

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $126000 - $204500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
