Sr. SQL Developer - ConsultNet

The Level 3 Developer will play a critical role in supporting our data analytics and reporting needs. This individual will leverage their SQL and Alteryx expertise to build and maintain data models, develop incentive calculations, create insightful reports, and contribute to various data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models to support analytical and reporting requirements
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Utilize Alteryx to automate data workflows and build data pipelines
• Develop and maintain incentive calculation models based on defined criteria
• Create and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Level 3 Developer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including advanced query writing and optimization techniques
• Experience with Alteryx or other data workflow automation tools
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with data governance and quality management practices
