Sr. Software Engineer/ Cloud Engineer - Tanisha Systems

Job Duties:
The Senior Software Engineer/ Cloud Engineer will provide expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing tooling and infrastructure solutions. The role encompasses platform security, CI/CD pipeline enhancements, automation development and cloud cost optimization, supporting enterprise-scale projects. The engineer will lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows, enhance developer productivity and ensure robust, secure infrastructure across cloud an on-premises environments.

Basic Qualification :

• DevOps Experience Python, AWS 5+ Software Development experience across diverse domains with demonstrated ability in data management and distributed systems solving problems
• Expert level coder able to develop solutions that solves sophisticated problems while keeping in mind code space and time complexity
• Strong experience in Python Development and DevOps practices eg: CI/CD, docker, testing and automation
• Experience crafting and implementing solutions using AWS services with and understanding of at least some core services: IAM, S3, Kinesis, Lambda, SNS
  Experience with infrastructure-as-code eg: Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK, etc

Preferred Qualification:

• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: TypeScript, Java or another strongly typed language.
• Understanding of trade-offs between different data storage systems and architectures (data warehouse, sql vs Nosql, partitioning, etc)
