PrideStaff is seeking a Software Developer with a strong background in hardware integration.
Summary:
As a Software Developer with Hardware Integration, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
and implementing software solutions that seamlessly interface with and control hardware components.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to ensure the successful
integration of software and hardware components. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding
of both software and hardware development, with the ability to create robust and efficient systems.
What You Will Do
? Design and build state-of-the-art applications and prepare technical specifications for complex
pharmacy robotic solutions based on evaluating business specifications.
? Collaborate with team members to design and implement multi-tiered enterprise solutions that
are feature-rich, performant, and test automation.
? Collaborate with hardware engineers to design software systems that integrate with hardware
components.
? Understand customer needs and requirements for pharmacy automation solutions that improve
patient safety and boost profitability.
? Identify, triage, and solve complex issues and problems promptly and efficiently.
? Documentation of code architecture and other documentation as assigned.
? Actively participate and contribute to technical discussions and code reviews. Work to enhance
your skills and capabilities and those of other developers within your Agile chapter through
experimentation, training, and knowledge transfer.
What We Are Looking For
? Ideally, you will have 8+ years’ experience with C#, .NET, data structures, basic algorithms, and
applying object-oriented principles and design patterns. Along with 2+ years of professional
designing and implementing relational database systems.
? Have prior experience in software development with a focus on hardware integrations.
? Be experienced with Azure Dev-Ops and have high competence in object-oriented analysis,
design, and coding.
? Have experience in all phases of SDLC, like Requirement Analysis, Implementation, and
Maintenance, and experience with Agile and SCRUM.
? Be able to work to pre-defined requirements and produce code that meets the requirements,
and can demonstrate a structured approach to development using design patterns.
? Have an understanding of XML, XAML, XSL, SOAP and web Services include creating and
consuming WebAPI and other RESTful services.
? Have a proactive approach to work, with the ability to communicate at various levels

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 Per Year
