Technical skills

SharePoint experience is a must: SP 2013, 2016 and Online. Candidates should be able to answer any SP related question or scenario.
.Net experience.
JavaScript experience – Angular 2+.
Should have architecture experience.
Should have Windows Azure experience
SPFX experience required
Agile Experience.

Soft Skills

Candidates have to have experience dealing with Users and explaining their answers and approaches.
Fast Development is a must.
