Job Title:          Sr Scrum Master  with Project Manager, Banking / Financial domain exp

Location:          Plano TX – Need locals only / Onsite role

Duration:         12 months

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum roles, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment, preferably within financial services.
• Certifications:
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Expertise in using Jira for project and Agile team management.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and financial domain-specific regulations and practices.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile transformation initiatives within large organizations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with additional project management tools and methodologies.
