Sr. SAP Basis Administrator - Judge Group

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. SAP Basis Administrator/HYBRID

Perform day-to-day support activities for the SAP Basis system, including system performance monitoring, issue resolution, and system upgrades. 

Provide expert-level technical support for SAP Basis components, including the application server, database server, and SAP NetWeaver components. 

Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and patches. Ensure system backups and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly. 

Work with other teams to plan, coordinate, and implement new SAP projects and initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect system performance or availability. Work with SAP support to resolve complex technical issues. 

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 7 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator. 

Strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration, including experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and SAP Solution Manager.

Hands-on experience with SAP system upgrades and patches.

Experience with SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting on both windows and Linux operating systems. 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

End user support important

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP systems is a plus.

***50% of the time in the Providence office,

***Tuesdays and Thursdays are mandatory and every other Wednesday.***
