The Role We are searching for a Salesforce Developer who brings expertise, enthusiasm and efficiency to our team and to our projects. The developer’s primary responsibility is to build applications and provide solutions in and related to our use of Salesforce for Service, Billing, and general CRM capabilities. Members of our team enjoy the rewards of delivering leading edge, mission critical systems that are powerful yet simple. You must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes-ambiguous work situations and possess complex problem solving abilities. We are looking for someone with both bright ideas to help form decisions regarding design and improvements to our system, and an innate ability to execute and implement, turning ideas into reality. What You Will Be Working On
+ Develop web applications and web services using Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, LWC, or other web development technologies such as SOAP, REST, and XML
+ Integrate third party products with existing infrastructure
+ Deliver scalable, robust, and simple software solutions to solve complex business problems
+ Implement new features and optimize existing ones to deliver maximum performance
+ Resolve high priority defects
+ Participate in design, development, testing and deployment activities
+ Create and maintain documentation
+ Write automated tests and execute manual tests
+ Collaborate and communicate with team members, project managers, and at times internal customers
+ Attend regular planning meetings and daily stand-ups, encourage successful team delivery of results
+ Keep abreast of new Salesforce.com features and functionality providing recommendations to further process improvements
+ Assisting other engineers with direction and technical expertise
Who you will work with:
You will be working with business stakeholders and varying technical teams across business units to investigate, design, and implement product enhancements and solutions. Throughout each effort you’ll work in conjunction with your fellow administrators to consult and identify the appropriate course of action while documenting each effort. As needed, you’ll also coordinate external assistance with Salesforce Premier Support and Proactive Monitoring.
Requirements
+ 3+ years as a Salesforce.com developer or equivalent
+ Must have historical and proven knowledge and practical application of Aura/LWC, Visualforce, APEX programming, Force.com APIs, and Web Services
+ Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
+ Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines in an Agile environment
+ Ability to be a peer leader
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Mastery of data types, algorithms, object-oriented programming
+ Demonstrated problem solving ability
+ Salesforce.com Developer Certification or Platform Developer I
+ Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification or Platform Developer II
+ Experience with database software, Platform as a Service solutions.
+ Familiarity with security concepts (authentication , authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)
+ Experience with Zuora or related SaaS application designed for subscription business models, billing automation, commerce, or finance operations.
+ Bonus: Experience utilizing Heroku
+ Bonus: AI Associate and/or AI Specialist Certifications

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
