About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Drive: Lead and facilitate meetings, conversations, and action items to support project objectives.
- Lead Planning and Requirements: Oversee planning and requirements for functional areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Documentation and Communication: Document requirements using process flows, user journeys, wireframes, and user stories; communicate findings to business partners and development teams.
- Agile Project Experience: Articulate epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with the Product Owner on product backlog management.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to identify requirements and recommend solutions, building trust and relationships.
- Business Process Design: Design and model complex business processes to drive improvements.
- Solution Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the Technical Lead on solution capabilities for clarity and alignment.
- Mentorship and Direction: Mentor others and foster a collaborative environment.
Salesforce Experience: Proven experience with Salesforce, including configuration and integration; certifications are a plus. Horizontal offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a pay range of $77 - $85 per hour, subject to experience and location.
