Title: Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions for our business processes, as well as bridging the gap between our business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions utilizing Salesforce capabilities.
• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, layouts, and reports.
• Develop test plans and perform functional testing on Salesforce solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Partner with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to support existing Salesforce solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and create training materials for Salesforce users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce and ensure timely resolution of business problems.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with advanced configuration of Salesforce, including workflow rules, approval processes, custom objects, and page layouts.
• Proficient in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
