Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator (CPQ), you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, designing, developing, and testing both new and existing features and processes. Your primary focus will be on Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing, including system integrations and data flows to implement enhancements and deliver new capabilities. Leveraging best-practice methodologies, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, improve quote generation workflows, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce modules.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies, improve quote generation workflows, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce modules.
Responsibilities:
- Leading efforts to enhance and solidify Salesforce CPQ and Quoting processes, including the integration of recent system implementations such as Apollo.
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements related to quoting, order processing, products, pricing rules, and contract management.
- Designing, developing, and tailoring Salesforce CPQ solutions, including automation workflows, Conga integrations, and Flow development.
- Managing and troubleshooting Salesforce CPQ and Billing processes to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Collaborating with IT teams to create Salesforce flows, custom objects, validation rules, Apex scripts, and seamless system integrations.
- Conducting business analysis to identify areas for improvement and deliver actionable solutions.
- Leading CPQ-related initiatives to align with organizational goals while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Staying updated on Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Flow features, implementing enhancements to meet future promotional needs.
- Analyzing system performance, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering scalable solutions.
- Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior administrators and cross-functional team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ, including practical application beyond certifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and data governance best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Conga for document generation.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions that enhance operational workflows.
- Experience developing scalable solutions within enterprise-level Salesforce environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Expertise in Salesforce Billing and a solid foundation in Apex development.
- Proven success in leading system improvements post-implementation, such as Apollo or similar large-scale deployments.
- Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, and Platform Developer I or II.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business analysis and solutions that align with industry best practices.
- A proactive mindset focused on troubleshooting, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
