Kavaliro has partnered with a client who is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybrid Sr. Reimbursement Consultant to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation, execution, and refinement of financial analysis, processes, accounting, and reporting for reimbursement activities for assigned hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial analysis, processes, and reporting for reimbursement activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize reimbursement strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and support on reimbursement-related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reimbursement processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. CPA certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience preparing and auditing Medicare cost reports in a hospital or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in reimbursement software such as HFS, SWL, Lawson, Absolute, and EPIC is advantageous.
- Experience with S-10 reporting.
- Familiarity with State DSH/LIP Surveys and 990 Schedule H reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
