Maximus is currently looking for a Temporary Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in support of high-volume recruiting and contingent conversions. The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for outbound calling to qualified candidates to discuss upcoming opportunities, managing high volumes of emails and text messages to coordinate the recruitment process, completing rosters in preparation for day one start dates, and other duties as assigned.
This is a fully remote, limited-service opportunity.
Program Specific Requirements/Preferences:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruiting Coordinator required.
- Experience in administrative duties such as sending mass text messages, scheduling, and mass email correspondence required.
- Experience using appointment scheduling tools such as Calendly, You Can Book Me, or Interviewer Assistant required.
- Experience with contingent conversions preferred
- Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Avature preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Scheduling experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
Home Office Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage qualified candidates for open roles through the utilization of various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders as applicable to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
- Update candidate trackers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- 4+ years of relevant experience required.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
