JOB DESCRIPTION : Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on identifying top echelon executive and highly technical, emerging market talent for specific, specialized, hard to fill boutique positions where there is high market demand and low supply. Expertise will lie in cold calling, networking, technologies, and other creative methods to provide qualified leads.
Pay Range: $38 - $45/HR W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by applicable state or localities where you reside or work.

- Candidates must be local to Dallas, TX, prefer they come into the office & not remote. (Mgr. is hoping to hire as a FTE down the road and they would be required to come into the office 5 days per week).
- Prefer candidates who previously worked as Corporate Recruiters/Headhunters
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data
- Recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, including sales and/or technical roles
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity
- Expert in utilizing job boards, social media, advanced Boolean searches, and recruitment methodologies/strategies.
- Identifies labor market trends, technical hot skills and competitive data for strong partnering with enterprise-wide clients on talent requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.

- 8+ years of senior level search experience in either an agency or consulting type of environment.
- Deep level of understanding of technical terminology and its proper application.
- Consulting and partnership with Business Leadership and Staffing Team to perform discovery calls with the purpose of identifying specific required and desired skills (be an HR Business Analyst).
- Expertise in finding and evaluating highly qualified resources in the emerging/niche areas of technology.
- Demonstrated success with senior executive level searches.
- Ability in networking, vetting and converting passive candidates via phone.
- Ability to build and manage candidate pipelines with both passive and active candidates.
- Understanding of market conditions and able to provide competitive intelligence in emerging areas.
