About the role
As a CBRE Quality and Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding and participating in continuous improvement objectives.
What you’ll do
+ Work with others to improve and develop Quality processes and procedures.
+ Aid in development and manage programs within Quality and Compliance such as Internal audits, risk management, CAPA, Deviation management.
+ Train non-quality personnel to grow the quality culture and approach of the company.
+ Interface, partner, and interact with both internal and external client’s functional areas and leadership teams.
+ Communicate quality and compliance initiatives and issues across the functional areas.
+ Report Compliance status to internal and external clients during review meetings. Call out and notify the company and client management of quality and compliance issues.
+ Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
+ Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job subject area and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
+ Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies.
+ Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

“CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Quality Consultant position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Quality Consultant position is $125,000 annually.
