Sr. QA Engineer (Unity,VR) - CultureMill Recruiting

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join their team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their VR modules and web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of success in delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and process
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts
• Perform performance testing and load testing
• Track and manage defects and issues
• Advocate for quality and continuous improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer and/or Software Engineer
• Proven experience in software QA (focus on VR or gaming preferred)
• Familiarity with VR hardware and software, such as Pico, Quest, or similar platforms
• Experience with bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Strong experience with Cypress or other test automation frameworks
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Experience with testing web applications and APIs
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
