Basic Function:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, urban planning, business administration, construction management, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degrees are desirable.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in business, consulting, project management, or government agency work related to planning, redevelopment, economic development, or construction management. Experience in real estate or infrastructure development is essential.
- Strong familiarity with the Niagara Falls/WNY development landscape.
- Proficiency in project planning, construction management, cost estimation, and government relations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely as per NYS and ESD guidelines and requirements.
