The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, project management and client services of experiential productions for multiple clients. This position plays a key role from production brief to implementation, assuming the client management, overall planning, execution management and budgetary responsibility for each program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for the quality and financial success of all project deliverables
- Monitor and manage the project including creation of project plans and budgets as well as scope and changes to budgets
- Set priorities, demonstrates proactivity, and assumes a leadership role for assigned work
- Manage project communications, ensuring that any issues, changes, or required performances that impact projects are documented and addressed with the key team members
- Establish, develop and actively manage workflow with internal department leads in fabrication, design & logistics, providing optimized solutions within budget and overall project success
- Responsible for tracking all assets through release to production, trafficking internally to secure appropriate approvals prior to release
- Document and learn all aspects of each project in order to assist in creation of manuals or in physical training of staff
- Maintain complete and updated project files with all project details and event information
- Develop an understanding of client's business and objectives
- Obtain necessary event information, including site determination, permitting and supplies needed
- Management of field staff daily activities to guarantee proper implementation of project directives in accordance with company and client guidelines
- Travel to on-site events on occasion and assist in program execution
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience working with planning tools (i.e., budget tracking, project timeline, logistics and deliverables schedules, event specs, meeting agendas and notes, etc.)
- Team and client management and development experience and proven track record of leveling-up direct reports and fostering long-term relationships with clients
- An amazing, glass-half-full, can-do lover of the event industry
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Knowledge of special event operations, management, and live event programming
- Ability to travel to key events, including at times for lengthy durations or over weekends/holidays
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to implement solutions quickly
- Solid communication skills - written and verbal
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Ability to help with set-up, tear down and troubleshoot display elements at events
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize responsibilities
- Confidence in leading meetings, team calls and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8 years of project and/or client management experience in the event production industry
- Previous hands-on field event production company experience preferred
- Has a strong understanding of the steps and processes involved in managing and completing a wide variety of production-related projects
- Strong computer skills - MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and G Suite
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to work for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
- Able to lift and move up to 40 pounds of material at a time
- Must be a licensed driver and have a reliable vehicle (Required)
- Must be able to travel occasionally
- Occasionally work non-traditional hours including some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
- US work authorization (Required)
