Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Retail Construction

Location: Suburbs of Philadelphia, PA

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the retail construction sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of project management experience, specifically within the retail space, and a proven track record of working effectively with subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in retail construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontractors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
