Senior Project Manager (Site Development and Engineering)
- Requirements
- 15 years experience
- Bachelor of Science (MS a plus).
- Professional Engineering License in Pennsylvania or other state
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Position Responsibilities
- Lead teams of engineers and cadd designers in the development of land development projects
- Experienced in stormwater management design, including the use of hydraulic analysis software (Hydraflow, Pondpack, HEC-RAS, etc.)
- Experienced in NPDES permitting and Erosion and Sediment Control design in Pennsylvania
- Responsible oversight of the preparation of calculations, reports, drawings, and other documents for construction, permit, or bid packages
- Develop proposals and project budgets
- Define municipal zoning and planning requirements as related to conceptual site development plans
- plan and establish scopes of work for land development projects
- coordinate with geotechnical and structural engineers as needed in developing the plans
- Attend and present at client and governmental meeting as required
- Develop scopes of work and hour estimates for land development projects.
- Manage standard notes and details used in land development projects
- Track and report on project schedules and resource requirements.
- Take responsible charge over the production of land development contact documents
- Develop contract standard and special provisions as needed.
- Responsible for development of new clients and market sectors
