Description:
This Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Procurement workstream leader directly and other workstreams and program teams indirectly. This role supports the Workstream Leader and other workstream team members and partners with the Program Manager to achieve their respective workstreams' financial, planning, execution, and reporting activities.
The Procurement workstream focuses on transformational procurement activities as well as procurement systems, processes, and operating model requirements to support system and process implementations. The PM ensures that all workstream activities align with larger program activities, milestones, and goals and program activities support workstream activities in kind. Note that Procurement leaders will provide governance and structure around RFP and vendor engagement activities, but a workstream lead will be assigned to specifically manage and align all vendor and partner communication to ensure cross-workstream alignment.

Required skills:
• 7+ years progressive experience in leading large scale programs
• PMP Certification or 7+ years in leading projects
• Technical project management experience with knowledge in the development, configuration, implementation, and support of solutions, including ERP systems.
• Experience in Procurement, specifically procurement purchasing in supply chain including source to cash and procure to pay. Must understand the internal process to purchasing, receiving and paying for projects. Oracle ERP procurement module experience is ideal.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and interfacing with senior leaders.
• Advanced change leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, and engage stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in building detailed project plans and the creation of all project management artifacts, including project charters.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects, including ERP systems and integrations.
• Project management experience leading initiatives of 12+ months in duration, and project teams consisting of 15+ full-time/part-time project team members.
• Deep level of proficiency and understanding of information technology and the linkage between business processes, people, and systems.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions across all levels of the organization, including operational employees, senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).
