Job Details
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Project Planning and Leadership: Fully manage all phases of the project including take-off, estimation, client relations, schedules, budgets, and profitability for the duration of the project.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Superintendent and field operations staff to maintain strong morale for the onsite team and ensure the job remains on schedule and complies with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
Client Relations: Establish lasting professional relationships with clients that lead to repeat business.
Budget and Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability of job.
Communication: Provide exceptional communication with the owner, senior management, architect, and design professionals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:
10+ years ground-up experience as Project Manager on wood-frame multifamily projects.
Proficiency with ProCore | Primavera P6 | MS Office
To be a team player committed to your co-workers.

To have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
The ability to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner.
Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
