What You Will Be Doing- Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish
- Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
- Multi-Family Projects in Florida
- Ground-up, New Construction and Renovations
- Work directly with Preconstruction Teams & Job Site teams to ensure project success
- 5+ years of Project Manager Experience
- 10+ Years Construction Experience
- Multi-Family Construction Experience
- Ground up/New Construction Experience
- Base Salary ($140k - $180k DOE) + Bonus
