What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for managing the entire construction project start to finish
• Creating project plans, budgeting, coordinating with the design team, and working with the job site teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Multi-Family Projects in Florida
• Ground-up, New Construction and Renovations
• Work directly with Preconstruction Teams & Job Site teams to ensure project success
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Manager Experience
• 10+ Years Construction Experience
• Multi-Family Construction Experience
• Ground up/New Construction Experience
