A Civil engineering client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. We are actively seeking a passionate and licensed civil engineer for immediate employment in our Mishawaka, IN office. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, embrace mentorship and professional development for graduate engineers, and be dedicated to positively impacting the communities we serve. This position requires demonstrated success in delivering projects of varying scales and maintaining established relationships with local and regional government agencies. You will: Manage transportation and land development projects, ensuring adherence to Indiana Department of Transportation standards and project delivery. Oversee land development projects, ensuring compliance with municipal standards for both public and private clients. Coordinate grant-funded projects, working closely with community stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor or masters in civil engineering.
Licensed Professional Engineer.
8+ Years of experience in Civil Engineering.
Experience managing land development projects to municipal standards.
Experience managing and mentoring a team.
Strong understanding of INDOT regulations, and standards.
Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePE in the state of IN
