Project Management
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules for timely, cost-effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineers and landscape architects—to streamline the design process.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, building trust and long-term relationships.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure all projects meet high standards of excellence.
- Mentor and supervise project teams, fostering growth and development.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and proposals that showcase our expertise in land planning, zoning, entitlement, and infrastructure design.
- Present Ripple Effect Consulting's qualifications and successful project experiences to potential clients.
- Advocate for our comprehensive suite of services, including land planning, infrastructure design, and stormwater management.
- Oversee project invoicing and fee collection to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a high-performing team culture.
- Maintain open communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in a related engineering discipline.
- Professionally registered P.E. in the state in which Ripple Effect Consulting operates.
- At least 7 years of experience in Land Development Project Management, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
- Proven success in business development, including securing new business and cross-selling services.
