TEWS has an immediate need for a strong Project Manager with Service Desk Management & Infrastructure experience. Highly visible projects. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for:
- End-to-end delivery of Projects. Using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approach as needed to ensure projects and products have the governance, control and oversight needed to successfully deliver.
- Use appropriate tools and metrics to demonstrate the end-to-end throughput of requirements, features, epics and user stories from initiation to production
- Collaborate effectively with teams across IT, Business Partners and Vendors to ensure the successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed On Time, In Full, With Quality, On Budget
- Provide accurate, concise and focused status reporting including up to C-level
- Define, track and mitigate risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain metrics to measure and report on project and release management effectiveness
- Conduct Retrospectives to identify successes and challenges and improve future products
- Work to ensure adherence to the company defined Release Management policies, procedures and standards
- May manage, lead and support a team of Project / Release Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure successful delivery of software products and functionality
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus
Stakeholder Management
- Understand and manage to stakeholder expectations to ensure successful Project Delivery
- Conduct Executive Sponsor updates and provide the appropriate status information for budget, schedule, scope, resource, quality
- Partner with teams to create and implement Release Communication Plans and conduct ongoing reviews with all impacted parties through the entire Delivery cycle
Financial / Resource Management
- Create and maintain the financial plan and ensure product actuals and forecasts are timely, accurate and aligned with budget
- Develop and manage resource plans to ensure optimal resource allocation and productive team performance
- Identify, manage and report on pre-defined KPIs / metrics
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors to manage their deliverables and timelines to avoid any delays to the Release Plan

Required
- Ten (10) plus years of successfully managing projects / products in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in successful delivery of projects, programs and / or products
- Proven experience managing a team and leading a project management function
- Experience and full understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Full understanding of Product Management tools and process e.g. Aha, ADO.
