Sr. Project Manager-Identity Management & Generative AI at TEKsystems

The clients Infrastructure Architecture and Innovation (IAI) requires a Sr. Project Manager to assist with infrastructure projects focused on Identity and Access Management and Generative AI solutions.

Must have skills to be considered:

• 7+ years’ experience in Infrastructure project management

• Experience in leading Identity and Access management program and/or projects along with some exposure to Generative AI projects required

• Experience managing projects and workstreams related to security assessments of applications, systems and infrastructure

• Ability to create, maintain and manage detailed project schedules, issues, risks, decisions and budgets.

• Ability to aligning technical and business team objectives

• Able to resolve escalated issues from operations, change management, testing teams

• Coordinate schedule and any resolutions across multiple teams

• Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.

• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

• Prior work experience with Infrastructure migration programs required

• Prior work experience in life science organization greatly preferred

• Experience managing large, cross functional projects required

• Strong written and verbal communication required

• Experience in Microsoft Applications (PPT, Excel, Word, etc…) required

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of experience in the field as relate to the skill code.

• PMP and ITIL certifications nice to have but not required

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in Identity Management project management

• Experience with projects related to Generative AI solutions and the implementation and/or chatbots

• Experience multiple workstreams from above list. Therefore, we require a flexible individual with the following qualities:

• Excellent communications skills and ability to present and interact with leadership across the organization, inside and outside of BTS

• Should be well organized with the ability to review and track the project schedule end to end.

• Must be a self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects, and be able to communicate to leadership.

• Will conduct meetings with project team members and key stakeholders, publishing meeting minutes.

• Will manage weekly and monthly progress reporting, as well as tracking project financials for budget adherence.

• Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills given the high degrees of strategic impact and project complexity, along with potential executive interactions.

This role will serve as the project manager over various infrastructure projects and needs to be flexible that they need to be able to juggle multiple project workstreams at once across identity and access management, generative AI/chatbot and automation solutions and tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00
