Job Duties -

- Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering one or more data & analytics projects

- Ensures end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit

- Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners

- Directly manages all aspects of the project life cycle and oversees all phases of a project

- Rigorously manages scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters

- Validates financial forecasts, cost assumptions, and provides on-going reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures

- Defines and tracks Hybrid development milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan

- Communicates project status across delivery teams, stakeholders and executive leadership

Job Requirements -

- 7+ years managing Data & Analytics waterfall and/or hybrid projects

- Exceptional understanding of data & analytics domain, including data lakes, modeling, ingestion & SQL

- Excellent communication (oral and written)

- Experience managing both Waterfall and Hybrid projects

- MS Project experience

- Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders and navigate the organization effectively

- Mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict

- Able to make tough decisions and deliver tough messages with grace

- Able to execute with limited information and ambiguity

- Able to uncover risks and issues, able to see linkages and dependencies across projects

- Sound business and technical acumen

- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally

- Dynamic, capable of juggling several critical priorities at once

- Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure

- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Assertive and hands-on professional who thrives in a fast paced, change rich environment

- strong SDLC/PMLC understanding and hands-on experience
