_What Planning Process Excellence contributes to Cardinal Health_
Cardinal Health's Planning Process Excellence and Program Management team is responsible for Identifying, developing, implementing, training, and communicating strategic programs across the planning organization that involve cross-functional collaboration, including teams and stakeholders within planning, marketing, distribution operations, transportation, technology, and sales. This team is directly responsible for executing the program roadmap for the planning organization in alignment with the Vice President of Planning’s strategic priorities for the organization. This will include programs to address areas such as process simplification, automation, technology utilization improvements, and cost savings for the organization. Members of this team are accountable for delivering upon identify strategic goals while working within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope.
_Responsibilities:_
+ Assist in leading and delivering technical projects across a variety of strategic areas including automation, workflow maturity, simplification, and reporting maturity across the supply planning organization.
+ Contribute to the strategy development of the project roadmap by identifying technical project opportunities and influence decision-making for prioritization of projects.
+ Develop and report on KPIs for each project (delivery and performance) across the planning team, including business outcomes from each project such as service level improvements, process simplification, technology adoption, efficiency, and savings.
+ Utilize Program and Project governance systems, including operating mechanisms for Project Management, governance, stakeholder communications, and milestone completion.
+ Develop and implement training in accordance with each technology project, including partnering with Cardinal Health’s learning and leader development team for scalability of the technology adoption, implementation, and transition for team members to new solutions and processes.
+ Establish technical training materials for future-state solutions before, during, and after each implementation project.
+ Maintain and achieve clear goals and deliver identified business outcomes for each program across a breadth of cross-functional teams.
_Qualifications:_
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience preferred within Demand/Supply Planning and planning systems.
+ Experience in a variety of technology solutions including but not limited to: workflow automation, reporting automation, KPI development and governance, business process improvement, ERPs, supply chain data, advanced planning systems, and business metric definition/standardization.
+ PMP Certification preferred.
+ Six Sigma certification preferred.
+ Strong technical acumen in SAP, WMS, WES, APS, and similar systems across the supply chain highly preferred.
+ Exceptional Communication, stakeholder management, and technical training skills highly preferred.
+ Ability to articulate, guide, and coach teams through new technology and automation solution adoption preferred.
+ Change advocacy and leadership: demonstrated peer leadership, cross-functional leadership, coaching, and organizational leadership, including culture change, creating followership for future-state visions, and managing priorities preferred.
+ Relentless curiosity and drive for improvement/best practices, including the ability to simplify transactional business process, reduce hand-offs, and eliminate waste preferred.

Anticipated hourly range: $32.00/hour - $45.70/hour
