Responsibilities
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and vendors to develop the scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Lead project core team of cross-functional team members, ensuring clear communication of expectations and goals.
- Accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
- Work with core team to identify risks, mitigations, and opportunities, drive decisions to keep program on track.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Twelve or more years of experience in Life Sciences
- Eight or more years of program management experience
- PMP preferred
- Experience with In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) product development
- Proficient in ISO standards and compliance requirements
- Experienced in international technology transfer with an understanding of China NMPA laws and regulations
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
