Agile and willing to act, you stay calm under pressure!What you'll be doing:Project Manager will support and provide business and technical leadership for one or more projects within the Solution and Containers product development team.Accountable for cross functional team performance, project schedule and execution, budget commitments and spend.Leads team in defining project strategies, developing goals, and ensuring project scope is defined and controlled.Continuously interacts with all functional levels of management during effective communication across teams and stakeholders.Ensures identification and communication of project risk, development of risk plans and leads teams in the proactive management of risk responsible strategies.Anticipates potential conflict situations and proactive solutions and manages conflict situations in results in a win-win outcome.Leads teams to identify and implement continuous improvements.Works with and supports other program managers to ensure successful launch of new products.What you'll bring:Bachelor’s Degree - Life sciences, chemical engineering or biotech disciplines preferred with 10+ years or Masters with 8+ years5+ years of experience in project managementDemonstrated success leading cross-functional global teams in the medical industry (pharma or biotech)Experience across the full project lifecycle (discovery, requirements definition, development, launch and sustaining)Knowledge of regulatory pathways for drugs, biologics or combination devicesStrong business acumenEffective communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated self-starter who can quickly and efficiently manage continuous change; willing to challenge the norm when needed and drive to decisionsUnderstanding and experience in good manufacturing procedures, good laboratory and product development process requirementsAbility to work within a global team to understand project requests and translate requirements to the final project deliverablesExperience in creating and maintaining project deliverables (such as project timelines, meeting minutes, status reports)Knowledge of device and drug regulatory requirementsNot required but nice to have:PMP certification or equivalentExperience leading global R&D teamsBaxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace.

The estimated base salary for this position is $144,000 to $198,000 annually.
The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position.
We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
