Ora Dental
Ora is an innovative dental practice management system that is a multi-site, multi-specialty management software solution. Our Sr. Program Manager will work closely with the brand General Manager and Implementation and Support Manager to create business processes, and best practices for new product initiatives, launch, pre-implementation, and setting up project management plans to get a client live.
The Career Opportunity:
Our Senior Program Manager for Ora Dental has the following areas of accountability.
1. Project Leadership: Lead pre-implementation projects for Ora Dental that establish the vision, mission, and goals for the project in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives focused on our group practice customers. Define and implement project frameworks, processes, and methodologies to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and standards.
2. Project Portfolio Management: Manage the pre-implementation project portfolio, including prioritization, scheduling coordination, and coordinating efforts with the customer experience team.
3. Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate project status, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.
4. Documentation of Business Processes and Workflows in preparation for go live date. Work with groups/practices to identify any pre-implementation gaps in their current systems and processes.
5. Training and Demos: Support the team with training and demos as needed to augment the current team.
The position is based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in the office). Experience trumps location, however.
Areas of Accountability:
The Sr. Program Manager has responsibility for the following outcomes:
- Successful handoff to the customer experience team for all go-live customers.
- Creation of the pre-implementation processes, project management and gap analysis for Ora Dental Customers.
- Providing operations assistance and leadership for all go-live and product launch initiatives.
- Working with groups, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and Orthodontic Service Organizations (OSOs), to ready Ora Dental customers for pre-implementation and project planning.
- Project planning for customer initiatives and brand management.
- 5 years of dental group practice management and / or software management experience.
- Proven project or operations management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the Dental EHR/EMR or Practice Management preferred.
- Leadership - proven ability to set a vision, excite, and lead a cross-functional team.
- Crisp and clear communication style across all mediums and with both business and technology stakeholder groups that is well-organized
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and representing project operations
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $64,350 - $110,000 for this position.
