Sr. Program Manager, ERP Implementation (Onsite)
We have an immediate need for a contract Sr. Program Manager, ERP Implementation to join a global hospitality organization. The Sr. Program Manager, ERP Implementation will utilize program management disciplines across all SDLC methodologies to deliver projects that optimize IT investments supporting the organization’s business strategies.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite)
This job expects to pay about $75 - 87 per hour plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and facilitate complex, high priority, business sponsored IT projects/programs delivery.
- Engage and coordinate dependent tasks with vendors as needed to successfully deliver projects.
- Use influence and negotiation skills to drive projects, clear roadblocks, and resolve conflicts.
- Role includes end-to-end program management including cross functional deliverables with focus on complex, internal/external interdependency management.
- Lead and control budgets, project scope, timeline, quality, and costs.
- Analyze issues and risks, and lead in developing and implementing mitigation plans and solutions in partnership with the impacted stakeholders.
- Responsible for project / program / portfolio reporting and communications, ensuring project team, stakeholders, and management are properly informed through specific channels providing consistent standards and visibility with reporting tools and dashboards.
- Leverage IT Planning and PMO methodology & tools to effectively perform project management functions while supporting the maturation of IT Planning & PMO methodology.
What Gets You The Job:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 10+ years of demonstrated project/program experience managing programs or projects; or equivalent formal education in project management
- (PMP) Project Management Professional or (CSM) Certified Scrum Master is preferred
- In depth understanding of project, program and portfolio management best practices
- In depth understanding of project of Agile Methodologies including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- In depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience in complex multi-system projects
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects and/or programs from inception to delivery.
- Demonstrated success in working with outside dependencies such as contract resources and/or vendors.
- Strong, demonstrated project and program management skills in service/product-based industry.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel; in the use of project management software such as EOS, and development tools such as Jira.
