What You'll Be Doing:
- Client Success Management: Take charge of the complete success management of clients, including strategizing with sales teams and top management. Prepare detailed client overviews and presentations for C-Level executives.
- Revenue Retention: Ensure revenue retention through a thorough understanding of client business models, technology platforms, products and services, contractual relationships, and key business metrics.
- Contract Negotiations and Compliance: Handle negotiations for new and renewal contracts and develop strategies for client conversion and migration. Ensure compliance standards are met and communicated effectively to clients.
- Project Engagement: Actively engage in project teams, maintain direct client interactions, and drive business efforts to successful completion.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management and/or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation and a professional phone demeanor.
- Goal-oriented with a knack for creating effective work plans.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Experience in project management and a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and capable of handling data and technical tasks.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
