We investigate technical issues to find root causes, monitor system health in the field, collaborate with the MedEd and Sales teams to share insights, and support design and process changes with the R&D and Manufacturing teams.
Join us to contribute to Noah Medical's growth and to shape the future of medical robotics.A Day in The Life Of Our Sr. Product Quality Engineer - ImagingUnderstand the full chain of the Galaxy imaging sub-systemStrong troubleshooting ability with some fundamental understanding of image processing software.Respond to field issues and perform root cause investigationDevelop automated tests to analyze the quality of Galaxy imaging subsystem in both engineering tests and real-life clinical dataContribute to product development and maintain documentationStrong scientific documentation skills, and ability to support hypotheses in a data-driven environment.Preferred: Experience with endoscopy imaging systems.About YouB.S.
or higher in Optics, Data Science, Robotics or related Engineering disciplines.5+ years of experience in a related role - troubleshooting imaging systems in a regulated industry.Understanding of image processing and terminologiesProficient with a scripting language (Python strongly preferred)Enjoys putting the puzzle pieces together to figure out how things work and fail.
