We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Healthcare Data Infrastructure who is a strategic marketer with an interest in the future of mission of migrating mission critical healthcare systems and infrastructure onto cloud platforms. The Healthcare Product Marketing Team is seeking an exceptional marketer to grow our industry cloud infrastructure business by helping our customers move their mission critical applications and data workloads (e.g., EHR, Imaging) to Azure.
As the rise of generative artificial intelligence (AI) changes what we can accomplish - and expect - with software, the data that powers healthcare systems mission critical applications is more critical than ever. In this role, you will reach and engage developers to build awareness, trial, and acquisition for Azure infrastructure platform. Your perspective on the product and strategic direction of this space will influence the plans of thousands of customers and partners and help us build an amazing ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**
+ Create and execute go-to-market strategies that increase awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth for business-critical infrastructure (electronic health records (EHR) and imaging) onto Azure.
+ Drive acquisition of healthcare business decision makers and IT decision makers to help to migrate or modernize their on-premises infrastructure and data to Azure by creating and delivering compelling messaging, content, and campaigns.
+ Conduct market and customer research to deeply understand target audiences, market trends, and offerings to share knowledge and influence key engineering product and business planning.
+ Partner with other developer-focused product marketing teams, such as Azure infrastructure, to create a holistic message and strategy to raise awareness and drive trial and adoption among target audiences within the healthcare ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, (product management and developer advocates), sales, partner program management, public relations (PR), analyst relations (AR) and other GTM teams, to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
+ Build and present field enablement materials on product overviews, pricing, and channel strategy.
+ Measure and optimize the impact of marketing activities on key performance indicators, such as awareness, leads, trials, and user acquisition.
+ Present opportunities and strategies to senior leaders and influence wider brand and organizational strategies.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
+ OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
+ OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience with identifying and understanding the needs and expectations of customers, understanding market trends, and delivering solutions that create value for customers and the business.
+ 3+ years of experience with designing and shipping complex products over multiple iterations for developers and customers, demonstrating ownership and accountability for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and maintenance.
+ Ability to achieve results in an agile environment with a focus on high-impact action, working to bring clarity to ambiguous requirements in an early-stage product.
+ Experience in information protection, data loss prevention, data compliance, and similar technologies in this space.
+ Aptitude for analytical thinking, disciplined problem solving, and data analysis skills used to identify the root cause of issues.
+ Experience negotiating, collaborating, and problem solving across teams and organizations.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
