Role Summary:

TheSr,ProductManager,Finance,possessesatechnologybackgroundandsubjectmatter
expertiseinordertocash,enablingthemtocontributetotheplanning,design,andexecutionof
initiativeswithinOTCdomainslikeordermanagement,serviceorders,customersalesetc.Their
roleinvolvesfacilitatingtheidentification,prioritization,andrationalizationoftheproject's
portfolioinsupportofcommercialbusinessteams.Theywillaidinimplementinginitiativesfor
theseteams,aligningwiththecomprehensivefinanceandcommercialtechnologystrategyand
roadmap.ThispositionislocatedwithintheEnterpriseTechnologyorganizationandinvolves
collaboratingwithbusinessteamstopinpointopportunitiesforenhancingprocessesand
introducingtechnologicalinnovationstoaddressbusinessneeds.LeveragingSAPERP,this
individualwillassumeresponsibilityforleadingmediumtolargeSAPinitiativesinalignmentwith
theoverarchingsystemsstrategy

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute initiatives within OTC domains like order management,
  service orders, customer sales, etc.
• Facilitate the identification, prioritization, and rationalization of the project's portfolio in
  support of commercial business teams.
• Aid in implementing initiatives for commercial business teams, aligning with the
  comprehensive finance and commercial technology strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with business teams to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes and
  introducing technological innovations to address business needs.
• Lead medium to large SAP initiatives in alignment with the overarching systems strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay Disclosure:

Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: 121,000 to 151,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).

 

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
