This position is part of the Proprietary Product Management team, within US Cards, which focuses on developing products that drive customer loyalty, revenue and bottom line growth for the business.
- This role will be responsible for driving key strategic initiatives/projects that cut across proprietary products and the US Cards organization, and managing key business management activities including the execution of routines to support the organization's vision and key priorities
Drive strategic projects and initiatives that support the overall strategic plans of the business and cut across both proprietary products and US Cards
Develop, articulate and drive execution of the team's vision and strategy, ensuring initiatives and key priorities are communicated to the team and progress is shared with leadership
Lead efforts associated with the business analysis, budgeting, planning, coordination and support of specific projects/initiatives that support the overall strategic plan of the business
Partner directly with various players across the Cards business to develop recommendations to advise Client's senior management on high-priority initiatives, including growth strategy, product and segment strategies, and cross business initiatives
Help identify opportunities and mobilize the required team support to drive successful project delivery in partnership with critical business areas
Develop a robust interaction model and team infrastructure, ensuring transparency, alignment and engagement across both the team and key partners/stakeholders
Facilitate strategic discussions and manage team forums, including strategic planning and prioritization
Drive the development of strategic communications, including senior executive leadership presentations
Potentially manage a team of one management associate (MBA leadership program) and provide ongoing guidance, support and direction for success
