Job DescriptionThe Sr. Producer will lead a dynamic production team, including Producers, Associate Producers (APs), and Production Assistants (PAs). This role ensures all personnel align with the show’s creative vision while overseeing production budgets, staffing, and sales and sponsorship integration.
- Provide leadership and direction to Producers, APs, and PAs, ensuring alignment with the show’s vision and goals.
- Assign and manage tasks for in-studio, remote, and field productions.
- Oversee team schedules, including reviewing and approving time-off requests in collaboration with supervisors.
- Ensure consistent execution of responsibilities by all team members, including on-air talent, adhering to management’s guidelines.
- Evaluate team performance, offering training, feedback, and mentorship to support growth and excellence.
- Conduct regular check-ins with supervisors to align expectations and share updates.
- Lead periodic production team meetings to review show performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish actionable plans.
- Partner with HR and management to recruit and onboard new team members.
- Collaborate with Sports Finance and management to manage and track production budgets for specific projects.
- Oversee staffing logistics for broadcasts, including editorial, technical, scenic, and art departments.
- Strategically manage editing needs for Sports FAST programming in collaboration with Sports Operations.
- Work closely with Operations and Programming to align commercial formats and contingency plans.
- Partner with sales and sponsorship teams to develop, approve, and execute integrated commercial elements and show features.
- Take full ownership of the show’s success, maintaining open communication with internal and external partners.
- Develop a comprehensive seasonal strategy to capitalize on achievements and pursue growth opportunities.
- Review and approve marketing and PR materials related to the show.
- Collaborate on talent assignments to enhance the on-screen product.
- Represent the production team in regular department content meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading production teams for sports television.
- At least 5 years of experience producing late-night TV shows.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and guide a team toward shared objectives.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities to address production challenges effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while adapting to changing priorities.
- Sharp attention to detail to maintain top-quality production standards.
- Innovative mindset with a track record of bringing creative ideas to life.
- Strong collaborative skills to foster productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

- This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
