As a Sr. Process Engineer, you will have:
- Working knowledge of PLC Automation-required
- Competency of general foundry, cast mold design (preferred)
- Develop tooling for creating and processing of castings to meet customers’ requirements.
- Determine and eliminate defect root causes and diminish occurrence in the manufacturing process
- Develop systems and measures that appropriately assess the performance of automation initiatives, analyzing results, and providing appropriate recommendations to plant leadership to drive strategic business decisions
- Implement complex design concepts and ideas into working models, drawings, and P&IDs
- Assess automation opportunities and help create innovative equipment designs to solve complex problems
- Provide technical guidance, problem solving and advice to others in the team and stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Engineering or Industrial Engineering from accredited College or University.
- 5-10 years of previous relevant engineering experience
- Experience in Foundry or Die Casting settings is a must.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical drawings and design software packages
- Previous experience with project management
- Excellent soft skills including team collaboration, interpersonal rapport, communication, and conflict resolution
- Technical proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel for use in preparing reports and documents

Salary
$130000 - $135000 per annum
