This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for the loss of intelligence to drive improvements on a manufacturing line. You will partner with different functions such as operations, maintenance, HSE and Quality to implement process, product, and technology changes to meet the business needs.
How you will contribute
You will:
+ Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets - Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure process stability; Participate in the DMS - Daily Management Systems meetings at the shift and line level.
+ Provide loss intelligence for their line, clarity on main losses by machine, failure mode, and immediate causes. Master the operating units of the line, baking technology, and product/packaging quality requirements. Drive the teams to implement improvement projects through the utilization of kaizens.
+ Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, along with Centerline Management systems.
+ Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication.

+ Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 3 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 2) and TPM - Phase 1 & 2 tools problem-solving tools.
+ The capability to lead a role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next-level SWP owners and drive the common opportunity areas across the line in the PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
+ The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line, deploying and managing IDP for the members, and coaching team members on their performance management and career development.
+ Manage and keep the control of KPI’s and provide the analysis of the gaps. Create a plan to eliminate the losses.
+ Develop the team capability to create standards, SOP's and procedures to support the operation team

+ HSD/GED
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
Job specific requirements:
+ Lean 6 Sigma certified
+ Strong process improvement knowledge
+ MS Office, including good knowledge of Excel
+ Engineering background is a plus
Work schedule:
+ Onsite Role
+ M-F
+ Schedule flexibility is required
+ Spent time on the floor with the CORE team
Salary and Benefits:
+ The anticipated base salary range for this position is $71,700 to $98,625; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. . In addition, Mondelēz International Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
