JOB LOCATION: AURORA, CO - Onsite - (Work will be performed within a SCIF from a secured DoD facility)
WAGE RANGE*: $85.00-90.00 per hour - W2 Only

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• A U.S. government TS/SCI issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (E.g. scrum, SAFe).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills to successfully work with various teams.
• Experience designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services.
• Experience with containerization using technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with troubleshooting applications & infrastructure services on Linux based Operating Systems.
• Experience with VMware.
• Experience with programming/automation/scripting languages (E.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go).
• Current CompTIA Security + or ability to obtain within 90 days.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The role's core responsibility will be as a scrum master for an agile platform product team in charge of the team's agile cadence to include running scrum meetings, sprint reviews, PI planning, and agile metrics. Additionally, you will help with the design and implementation of the platform. You will be on a team that is responsible for development and operational environments consisting of a mix of servers, workstations, storage, networks, and custom hardware. These environments provide the enterprise hybrid-cloud backbone for product development and testing for a large program producing a critical, strategic national asset.
• Support transitioning a system that is tightly coupled to the underlying infrastructure to a modern platform infrastructure.
• Eliminate impediments that may arise in order to keep the team focused on their objectives.
• Assist the product owner in backlog grooming and agile scrum event preparations.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement development and mission solutions.
• Assist with architecture, design, development, integration, and support of build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines, optimizing for performance and scalability across on-premise VMware computing environments.
• Leverage company and industry best practices and capabilities to improve scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reduce deployment time, and automate configuration management.
• Ensure security and compliance are integrated into the platform.
• Provide operational support for the platform.
Nice to Have's:
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (E.g. scrum, SAFe)
• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CICD Pipelines tools (E.g. Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Artifactory, Gitlab).
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Chef, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices such as OWASP, secrets management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with scanning tools (E.g. Nessus, Fortify, Anchore).
• Multi-disciplined infrastructure experience with compute, networks, storage, and virtualization.
• Experience developing, testing & delivering applications w/in a DevSecOps framework.
• Background in COTS/FOSS product installation, configuration, and integration.
• Ability to obtain a Counter Intelligence (CI) poly for purposes of Privilege User Access. #CJ
