About the Role:
As the Sr. Organizational Effectiveness Specialist, you will consult with HR Business Partners and business lines leadership on complex issues to strengthen workforce capabilities for a high-performing organization, with limited guidance. You will collaborate with organizational leadership to execute on organizational effectiveness strategies related to organizational culture, innovation, and change management. As the Sr. OE Specialist you will also identify and direct organizational effectiveness solutions and interventions in support of the organization’s strategic direction and priorities. You will research, recommend, and stay abreast of related business industry best practices and trends to influence effective organizational effectiveness solutions.
You Will:
- Support and facilitate the development of change management and organizational improvement efforts, including programs, tools, and solutions to increase individual and organizational capability, organizational redesign, and business process re-engineering.
- Design and implement solutions to ensure cultural alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
- Design, implement, and administer programs that best use of the organization’s human capital and ensure maximum return from their talent.
- Administer and analyze results on various assessment tools to assess organizational effectiveness needs and develop recommendations to support the organization’s strategic direction.
- Design workforce planning techniques and use data analytics to identify critical workforce requirements necessary to achieve current and future business results.
- Engage with departments, developing solutions to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes primarily focusing on safety, quality, delivery, sustainability, and cost.
- Develop and implement the organization’s continuous improvement strategy and translate business objectives into actionable projects with measurable outcomes.
- Develop and rationalize organizational solutions, researching and designing innovative ideas and methods.
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5 years relevant experience with 1-3 years in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness
- Deep knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles
- Knowledge of strategy formulation that will move the organization toward its strategic goals
- Strong consulting and facilitation skills
- Ability to design, implement, and manage leadership development workshops
- Skilled coach and mentor to various level employees, including managers and executives
- Project management skills
- Program management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and associated political waters
- Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements

This position may be filled at various levels based on the candidate's qualifications as determined by the department.
This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner, with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
