Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Project Manager With ADP Experience - TEKsystems

TEKsystems has a 1 year+ contract need for a Project Manager with Global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience along with payroll integration (ADP is the solution). The role can site remote but will have some travel involved in this project.

Our customer is hiring a senior project manager who has managed multiple HCM implementations, including at least one utilizing Oracle Cloud HCM. The PM must have experience managing global HCM project involving multiple stakeholders and thousands of end users. Also required is experience managing payroll implementations and the integration of payroll with HCM solutions. This project will most likely conclude in January or February of 2026 and will impact approximately 10,000 users.

The client will implement the following Oracle modules in addition to ADP for Payroll: Time & Labor for North America, Benefits, and Absence Management (won't be implementing Onboarding).

Required skills and experience includes:

1) Senior level IT Project Management experience (10+ years)

2) MUST have experience managing multiple HCM implementations, including at least one involving Oracle Cloud HCM

3) Experience managing Payroll implementations and the integration of payroll with HCM solutions

4) Must have experience with global projects that impact multiple regions and thousands of end users

Travel Requirements:

PM will be required to travel approximately 15% of the time.

Ideally, the candidate will be located in the Denver area. However, remote work anywhere in the U.S. is fine but the PM will need to generally work core Mountain time zone hours: 7:00 - 4:00 MT.

Client is NOT looking for someone at program manager level, or advisory, leadership, or management – must be very hands-on (a roll-up your sleeves approach, a doer). The role will need to be able to deal with change and ambiguity, be good with change management, be able to build out detailed project plans, managed budgets, and be very personable - able to develop rapport with the business stakeholders.

Also must have outstanding soft skills and great communication skills. Will have interaction with IT and senior business stakeholders, especially as it relates to testing (client does NOT have a separate QA team, the business users do their own testing and this is coordinated by the PM).
