About the Job
The?TMA CONTENT STUDIO oversees and grows the entire portfolio of TMA?s branded content, including international production, traditional and digital distribution, and broadcasting.?
This position is primarily responsible for supervising the production and operations for TMA, including but not limited to, finance, main production, post production, development and all content/branded content/broadcast commercials. Will also produce content as needed.

More specific responsibilities:?? ?
- Oversees annual department budgets and monthly forecasts with finance team, including strategic business decisions.
- Works with Studio Head and Business Affairs to negotiate production deals, creates and / or supervises the creation of budgets and schedules for all developments, pilots and series.
- Oversees all corporate and office operations including, office needs, IT, corporate and HR issues / policies.
- Works with account executives on budgets, cost reporting, breakage requests and general company relations.
- Works directly with business affairs on all production related issues including talent contracts, producer contracts, music & licensing, diligence and litigation.
- Serve as ?one? of the primary liaisons with TMA account executives and other staff.
- Oversee daily and weekly production and post schedules
What you should bring to the table:
- While a bachelors degree is a preference, we equally value real, hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Speaking of experience, having at least 10 years in the television production is an absolute requirement.
- Understanding of and ability to analyze & review budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline oriented work environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Basecamp
- Must have knowledge of general marketplace standards.
- Experience leading, overseeing, supervising and developing staff within multiple departments.
- Must have relationships and history of working well with multiple content production styles.
