Roles & Responsibilities
As a senior .NET Development Consultant, you will work closely with our clients and technical teams to solve technical challenges for our clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical and business skills, and a passion for working with clients to deliver with excellence. You will have the opportunity to work on/with a diverse set of projects, clients, industries and frameworks and this position will provide opportunities to expand your horizons to reach your personal development goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Work independently and within a team of developers to deliver end-to-end solutions to customer problems.
Review project requirements and assess and estimate the necessary time-to-completion.
Plan, design and develop high quality .NET applications.
Propose and deliver scalability and performance enhancements to the existing applications.
Research and incorporate latest features of C#, .NET.
Participate in design sessions and code reviews.
Support system testing by following up on and closing defect tickets in a timely manner.

Build software using agile methodologies, participate in Scrum activities, co-ordinate with team, and contribute to a high performing team.
Generic Managerial Skills

Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies

Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at both a business and technical level
