The Rehlko Home Energy team is looking for a strategic Senior National Account Manager, who can guide excellence by not only maintaining existing relationships but also building new ones. The position directs the planning, implementation, and controlling of sales for the assigned National Dealer partners to obtain maximum sales volume, profits, and market penetration. The role is responsible for understanding the structure, capabilities and go to market strategy of the dealer account and aligning them with Rehlko Company's.
The Strategic Account Manager develops, implements, and executes a mature strategic plan across the Omni-Channel capabilities of the account to drive/optimize alignment, sales and share growth. This position is imperative to the growth of this business unit as it is part of a strategic pillar for the company.
Specific responsibilities:

Develop expertise relative to National Dealer sales of Residential Generator products. A complete knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, product lines, price points, advertising and promotion activities and costs, etc., of Rehlko and all major competitors is essential.

Understand National Dealer partner and their operations and special needs analyzed in terms of products, delivery requirements, packaging, inventory policies and control, pricing and terms, service needs, promotional and advertising assistance costs, warranty and return goods policy.

Coordinate approach for driving solutions within pro-channel, dealer, and sales & installation programs both within the national account and internally.

Direct and coordinate efforts with existing Field Sales and Marketing personnel, as well as National Dealer partner's Sales Management.

Identification of potential Influencers i.e. Contractors, Builders, Specifiers, and determination of who can best serve specific Rehlko customers/end users will be of high priority.

Continually explore new avenues to enhance the relationship between Rehlko Co. and assigned National Dealer partner.

Participate in monthly status reviews and prepare quarterly strategy sessions with customers for Rehlko and National Dealer partner's leadership.

Weekly strategy and feedback sessions with Vice President Sales - Home Energy Division.

Market/field contact with National Dealer account locations as well as our field sales team on a weekly basis covering the U.S. market.

Jointly establish and execute Account Plans and strategies with assigned National Dealer accounts.

Reports to Vice President of Sales - Home Energy Division.

Continuing contact with Manager in providing direction, counsel and cooperative effort related to Sales and Marketing actions required to service all National Dealer locations.

Frequent contact with Channel Manager, Product Manager, Regional Sales Managers, and Area Manager personnel regarding the development of annual and long-term marketing plans and sales programs, special sales promotion programs, new products and packaging requirements and matters pertinent to market research and product management.

Frequent contact with Customer Service, Sales Admin, and Supply Chain concerning order editing, order processing and scheduling and shipping.

Frequent contact with Pricing concerning pricing policy, its application and control.

Frequent contact with Accounting and Sales Operations concerning budgets, capital expenditure, sales, and service costs.

Frequent contact with Product Engineering regarding product performance, new products, revisions to existing products, field claims problems.

Moderately frequent contact with Legal Department regarding pending legislation, trade organization activities, possible retail customer problems that may have legal complications, and application of local building codes as related to consumer products sold to retail customers or direct to the consumer.

Contact as required with Public Affairs concerning publicity of Products, Sales, and Service.

External Business Relationships with: Rehlko Home Energy National Account Managers - National Dealer; Rehlko Home Energy Area Manager field sales organization; Rehlko Home Energy Regional Managers; National Dealer customer management at their headquarters and in the field

Responsible for ownership of C-level management at assigned National Dealer customers.

Attend trade shows, seminars, and various industry association meetings, conventions, etc.
